Client Stories

We advised a clinical SaaS company with their AI / ML platform,  services, leadership structure, Go To Market strategy, and pitch for seeking Venture Capital Funding

Our client is a start up SaaS company that needed to better understand customer segments, channels to reach the key segments, optimal messaging regarding the solutions and services and how to differentiate and grow within existing accounts significantly, while expanding into new accounts.

We leveraged our understanding of the clinical operations business and digital technology trends, competitive products and provided a comprehensive Go To Market (GTM) approach for implementation.

  • Analyzed the “as-is” context, including the current market penetration, customer segmentation analysis, product suite and advantages Vs others, organizational capabilities and skills, especially from the market facing perspective.

  • Recommended a clear GTM approach that would be different for small and medium size clients Vs large pharma, key resources to be recruited on the sales front and delivery leadership, governance structure and roles / responsibilities to manage key clients, and messaging that clearly focused on the benefits in ensuring end to end patient management (recruitment, retention, support and follow up).

  • Redesigned the “pitch” document for sharing with potential VC firms that clearly articulated the strategy and growth plans, aligned platform features with the services currently being delivered and value proposition to support the YOY growth projections.  We also identified ways in which the company can differentiate from competition and introduced them to VC firms for funding discussions.

  • Recommended specific activities to increase the “wallet share” at a major pharma by leveraging existing relationships and provide enterprise-wide outcome-based solution.
