LS - EATA: Life Sciences - Enterprise Ai Transformation Assessment

Move from disconnected AI pilots to governed, scalable and measurable enterprise transformation

Life-sciences organizations are increasing AI activity faster than they are building the enterprise capabilities needed to scale and sustain it.

The result is often a growing portfolio of pilots, copilots and isolated use cases without a consistent operating model, trusted data foundation, validated controls, workforce design, value discipline or transformation governance.

LS-EATA helps leadership teams assess their current enterprise AI capabilities, identify critical gaps and establish priorities for moving from fragmented initiatives towards sustainable enterprise transformation.

Founding Assessment: Approximately 20-30 min for the Executive Screen, followed by a 45-60 minute confidential interpretation discussion

A 30-minute, no-obligation conversation to discuss your enterprise AI priorities and determine whether LS-EATI™ may be relevant to your organization.

The Enterprise AI Transformation Challenge

Scaling AI across a life-sciences organization requires more than selecting pilot projects / use cases and implementing technology. It requires coordinated change across strategy, operating model, processes, data, platforms, people, governance and value realization.  Our discussions with clients and platform vendors reveal some of their observed challenges.

Introducing LS-EATA

LS-SACS developed LS-EATA: Life Sciences Enterprise AI Transformation Assessment to help life-sciences organizations move systematically from disconnected AI pilots to governed, enterprise-wide transformation.

LS-EATA is designed to help leadership teams answer four important questions:

  1. Where are we today?

  2. What level of enterprise AI capability do we need to achieve our objectives?

  3. What are the main gaps and which of these and dependencies matter most?

  4. What actions should we prioritize to create governed and measurable value?

LS-EATA provides a view of a Life Sciences organization’s enterprise AI maturity level through the structured assessment . Our overarching LS-EATA Intelligence System connects assessment findings with enterprise priorities, capability gaps (process, people and technology), supporting evidence, recommendations, transformation decisions and a clear roadmap for enabling progress.

LS-EATA is therefore more than a maturity score. It is customized to life sciences clients and provides a structured foundation for leadership discussion, organizational alignment, action for true Enterprise AI Transformation.

How LS-EATA Approach Works

1. Assess

Establish an initial view of the organization’s enterprise AI capabilities across six LS-EATA pillars that include 18 established levers.

2. Analyze

Develop a structured maturity profile and identify strengths, indicative capability gaps, scaling barriers and areas requiring further validation.

3. Interpret

Conduct a confidential leadership discussion to interpret the findings in the organization’s strategic, operational and regulatory context.

4. Prioritize

Identify the enterprise capabilities and transformation priorities that may require deeper evidence, leadership attention or coordinated action.

What the LS-EATA Executive Screen Provides

  • An enterprise AI transformation maturity profile

  • A six-pillar perspective on organizational capabilities

  • Identification of selected strengths and indicative gaps

  • Directional observations on barriers to scaling

  • Greater visibility into leadership, roles and functional perspective

  • A confidential executive interpretation discussion

  • An initial view of areas requiring further validation or action

The Executive Screen is designed as a rapid leadership assessment of the enterprise AI maturity status. Detailed evidence validation, prioritized recommendations, functional diagnostics and transformation roadmaps can be addressed through subsequent LS-EATA advisory work.

Join the LS-EATA Founding Assessment Program

LS-SACS is inviting life-sciences organizations to participate and assess their AI status,  validate the LS-EATA Executive Screen and the overall approach.

Selected founding participants will receive the following at no professional-services cost:

  • Access to the LS-EATA Executive Screen

  • An initial LS-EATA and six-pillar maturity profile (18 levers)

  • A high-level view of organizational strengths and indicative gaps

  • Directional observations on enterprise scaling constraints

  • A confidential post-assessment analysis and interpretation session with LS-SACS

The program is intended for organizations (irrespective of the size) that are seeking to move beyond disconnected AI pilots and establish a more systematic enterprise approach to strategy, operating model, data and technology, organization and talent, governance and trust, execution and measurable value.

A collaborative approach

Founding participants will be invited to provide candid feedback on the relevance of the assessment, maturity definitions, executive outputs and overall experience.

This collaboration will help LS-SACS continue to refine the LS-EATA methodology and Intelligence System while providing participating organizations with an initial perspective on their enterprise AI transformation readiness.

Organization-specific responses and findings will remain confidential. Any aggregated market perspectives will preserve participant anonymity and will be used only with appropriate consent.

Scope of the founding offer

The founding program includes the LS-EATA Executive Screen, high-level analysis and confidential interpretation discussion.

It does not include the full evidence-based Enterprise Diagnostic, detailed question-level gap analysis, validated recommendations, functional deep dives or implementation roadmap. These may be addressed through a subsequent engagement when appropriate.

Participation is limited to 10 selected organizations to preserve the quality of the assessment, collaboration and executive discussion.
